Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CareerCRM ("the Service") provided by CareerCRM, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using CareerCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using CareerCRM, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

CareerCRM is a job search CRM that helps users discover target companies, identify relevant contacts, draft outreach messages, and track follow-ups. The Service includes AI-assisted features for company matching, contact discovery, and message drafting.

Important: CareerCRM never sends messages on your behalf without your explicit, per-message approval. All outreach decisions remain solely with you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy (see our Contact page). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Intellectual property

CareerCRM and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CareerCRM, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to CareerCRM (your resume, messages, and contact data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

CareerCRM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that company matches or contact information will be accurate or complete, or that outreach messages will achieve any particular result.

Job search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. CareerCRM is a tool to support your job search, not a guarantee of employment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerCRM, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
