This Refund Policy explains when CareerCRM subscription payments and email reveal top-ups may be refunded. It is designed to be fair to customers while protecting usage-based costs that are incurred when paid contact data is revealed.
If you are not satisfied with CareerCRM, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase.
Because CareerCRM includes paid email reveal credits, refunds may be reduced or declined if the account has materially used paid email reveals, exported contact data, sent outreach, or otherwise consumed usage-based services during that period.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where there has been a billing error.
If you forgot to cancel and have not used the renewed billing period, contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a goodwill refund or account credit at our discretion.
Top-ups are additional email reveal credits purchased separately from your subscription. Unused top-ups may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.
Top-ups are not refundable after the credits have been used to reveal contact data, unless required by law or caused by a billing error.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after cancellation, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. You will keep access to paid features until the end of the active billing period unless the account is closed for a policy violation.
To request a refund, use the contact page with the email address on your account, the charge date, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
