Where does the contact data come from?

From a combination of public sources and professional data providers. Status labels (Found / Inferred / Unverified) tell you exactly how reliable each contact's information is.

Can I add my own contacts manually?

Yes — if you know someone at a target company, add them directly. Your manual contacts are treated as the highest-confidence source and integrated into the outreach workflow.

What if I find a hiring manager on LinkedIn myself?

Add them to the company's intelligence panel. They'll be connected to the company's outreach workflow and tracked like any other contact — including follow-up scheduling.
